SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Thanks so much for your order!

Orders are usually shipped 3-5 business days after payment is processed. Weekends are not counted as production days. If delivery time varies, it will be stated in the item description. 
  
I don't make money off of shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated by USPS based on your shipping address. All items are shipped via USPS via the service you select at checkout.

 

If you would like to use a different shipping service please contact me and I'll see what I can do.

International shipping is available, please select the appropriate service at checkout.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only by approval. Please contact me asap and I will assign a return authorization number to be written on the package. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. 

STOCK ITEMS:
Any item that is standard size with no customization or modification can be returned or exchanged as long as it is unused. My goal is to make stuff you absolutely love. If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will exchange the item(s) with an item(s) of equal value. If a replacement item cannot be agreed upon, I will refund the purchase price, minus shipping fees. Shipping fees on refunds are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
~Any clothing order made with custom measurements cannot be returned. Please be sure to measure properly. 
~Any clothing orders with special modifications may be returned on a per-item basis. If you decide you are unhappy with your special order item, contact me and I'll try to work with you based on the item.
~Any custom pet items may be returned on a per-item basis. If you decide you are unhappy with your special order item, contact me and I'll try to work with you based on the item.
~Personalized items cannot be returned. Please be sure of your selection and your spelling.

DAMAGES:
If an item is damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt. A replacement will be shipped to you asap. Shipping fees for damage replacements are covered by me. The original damaged item will have to be returned. Please be sure to package the returned item appropriately.I will assign a return authorization number to be written on the package and issue a call tag.
